How do you pack your glass items?
All of our glass items are packed very carefully. If it is a glass, vase, cup, etc. we pack the inside tightly with peanuts to absorb any impacts. It is then wrapped with bubble wrap (we do not use tape on the bubblewrap). We seal the item in a bag of peanuts to reduce the shifting during shipping. The bag is surrounded with paper padding. On saucers we surround them with peanuts & bubble wrap & insert in a box , which is then inserted into the mailing box with plenty of surrounding padding.

Why do you ship USPS Priority Mail?
We ship this way to ensure a faster delivery to our customers. The delivery confirmation is also included for tracking the package along its way in case there is a problem.

Do your items come from a smoke free & pet free envirioment?
We purchase our items from many places, therefore we cannot guarantee a smoke or pet free item. We wash most items before shipping so there may be a cleaning odor. If something arrives with an odor, you can eliminate them by washing the item, leaving it outdoors for a day, put a fabric softener sheet in with it, or spray a paper towel with Fabreeze & put it in with the item until the odor is eliminated. We love our dog & apologize if this is a problem for you.

When will I get my order?
We ship as soon as your payment has throughly cleared our account. So if you pay by U.S. Check or USPS Money order, it may be awhile to get your order. We have to wait to receive your payment, we will deposit it next day, it canl take 7 to 10 days for clearance. Shipping from CO to your state can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days. We email you and let you know the day it is shipped.

Is your shipping costs correct?
Shipping costs are the most difficult item to figure correctly. If we do not charge enough for an item, it is our problem and we pay the difference. If we charge too much, then we will either send a corrected invoice, return the difference with your shipment, or refund the difference if you paid with PayPal or Google Checkout.
